This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which Interversial System of Systems Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes refund requests for subscriptions and services related to the AI Knowledge Base Platform (“AIKB” or “Platform”).
AIKB is offered as a per-employee, enterprise-grade SaaS solution. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected term (monthly, yearly, or multi-year) and cover access to the Platform, support, and optional training services.
Refunds are generally considered in the following circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for routine usage dissatisfaction, changes in organisational strategy, or if the client simply chooses not to use the Platform after activation.

We reserve the right to approve or decline refund requests based on contractual terms, proof of eligibility, and compliance with applicable laws. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or via agreed alternative arrangements.
Clients may terminate subscriptions according to the terms in the subscription agreement. Termination does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for prior payments unless explicitly stated under the eligibility criteria.
Except as required by law, Interversial System of Systems Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to subscription fees, use of the Platform, or reliance on Platform outputs.
